PRACTICE AREAS: Since 1993 Dan Pagliarini has managed his own legal practice focusing on plaintiffs’ personal injury matters. He has also has served as adjunct professor at the University of Hawaii, West Oahu campus, and as a guest lecturer at the University of Hawaii, Richardson School of Law. MEDICAL TRAINING: As a Biomet and Johnson & Johnson manufacturer's orthopedic implant representative, Dan Pagliarini underwent significant medical device training. During this period of time Dan Pagliarini had the opportunity to observe and work with some of Hawaii's most skilled orthopedic surgeons.
